Steffie de Wit

Steffie de Wit obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2021 and subsequently successfully completed the Corporate Law programme at FBN Juristen. She has been working in the notarial profession since 2021 and joined the team at Buma | Algera Notariaat in September 2022.

Her work includes, among other things, the incorporation of private limited liability companies (B.V.s), amendments to articles of association, share transfers, share issuances and other changes to corporate structures. She also assists clients with setting up or restructuring holding structures and other corporate reorganisations.

In addition, Steffie assists clients with the incorporation and amendment of foundations and associations and is happy to advise on an appropriate legal structure tailored to their needs.
