Dirk van Duijvenbode

Dirk van Duijvenbode has been working in the notarial profession since 1994 and joined Buma | Algera Notariaat in 2025. He studied at Rijksuniversiteit Leiden (Leiden University), where he earned degrees in Notarial Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and a Vrij Doctoraal Rechtsgeleerdheid (an elective Master of Laws program). Throughout his extensive career, Dirk has specialized in family law, including estate planning. As matters of family law often have a profound impact on one's private life, he places great importance on maintaining a strong personal involvement with his clients. By truly immersing himself in their situation and wishes, he is able to provide advice that is not only legally sound but also offers peace of mind and clarity for the future.Whether it concerns the drafting of wills, marital agreements, or cohabitation agreements: Dirk strives for clear explanations and a meticulous translation of the situation into an appropriate notarial deed. In this context, he is also a member of the Register of Estate Planners (REP), which allows him to provide expert guidance to clients regarding the transfer of assets to the next generation.
